821 South

821 South was born from 821 snowcapped peaks which can be as high as 3724 metres above the western ridge in a vast mountain range in New Zealand's South Island- the Southern Alps. It is nestled in the north in Marlborough where it is sheilded from the harsh elements by the mountains that surround.

It's distinctive climate with warm days and cool nights prolong Sauvignon Blanc ripening for refreshingly unique flavours. 821 South is crisp with ripe citrus and tropical fruits- a cool-climate Sauvignon Blanc.
